Then we get planning
Once you’re officially with us, we take it from there. Venues, vendors, design, logistics, guest experience, timelines, all of it, from the very beginning right through to the wedding.

And this is when you stop thinking about the plan. We’re on the ground handling everything while you get to actually enjoy the wedding you’ve been planning for months.

You stay involved in the decisions that matter most, while we handle the follow-ups, problem-solving and coordination behind the scenes. It is months of thoughtful planning, followed by a full team making sure it all comes together.

Our first consultation is simply a chance to get to know each other, understand your vision, answer your questions and explain how we work. Once you decide to move forward, we create the planning roadmap and guide you through every stage from there. You bring the ideas, even if they are not fully formed yet, and we help turn them into a wedding that feels unmistakably yours.
Absolutely. Many of our couples plan their weddings entirely from abroad, so we are very used to working across different countries and time zones. We handle venue visits, vendor meetings, tastings and on-ground details on your behalf, while keeping you closely involved through regular updates, calls, photos and videos. Communication is a big part of how we work, and you’ll never be left waiting more than 24 hours for a reply.
Ideally, we recommend starting 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for high-season dates or popular venues. Starting early gives you more choice and allows the planning process to feel considered rather than rushed. We can work with shorter timelines too, but more time usually means more options and a much smoother experience.
A planner works with you throughout the entire planning journey, while a coordinator manages everything on the ground during the celebrations. With us, both are part of one complete service. We create the plan with you, then our team is there to make sure it all happens exactly as it should.
We look beyond how a venue photographs and consider the full experience: guest count, rooms, event spaces, food, logistics, privacy, weather, budget and design possibilities.
